Is there a convenience fee on bill payments?
Wallet-funded bill payments carry no convenience fee. Gateway charges, when applicable to card or netbanking top-ups, are shown before you confirm.
How fast is the cashback credited?

Do I need KYC to pay a bill?
KYC verification is required to spend from the wallet balance. You can still pay any bill directly through the payment gateway while your KYC is under review.
